1. General Policy

  • We check each product before shipping.
  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions (see below).
  • We do not accept returns for simple change of mind, wrong choice of color/print, or minor color variation due to screen differences.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return / Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered

    • Completely different item from what you ordered (wrong design, wrong product code).
  2. Wrong Size / Color Sent by Us

    • You ordered one size/color but received another.
  3. Damaged or Defective Product

    • Major damage, tear, heavy stain, or significant defect present at the time of delivery.

For any of the above, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, with clear photos or an unboxing video.


3. Conditions for Return / Exchange

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched (if applicable) and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, packaging, accessories must be intact.
  • You must provide:
    • Order ID / customer name and phone number
    • Clear photos or unboxing video showing the problem

If the product shows signs of use, perfume, wash, tailoring, or damage caused by the customer, the return/exchange will be rejected.


4. Non‑Returnable Items

Generally, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products bought during Special Sale / Clearance (unless wrong or defective product sent)
  • Items with minor color variation from photos
  • Fabric cut or stitched by customer or tailor after delivery
  • Innerwear or certain hygienic products (if any listed)
  • Customized or made‑to‑measure items

5. Return / Exchange Process

Step 1 – Contact Us (Within 24 Hours)

    • Order details
    • Issue description
    • Photos / unboxing video

Step 2 – Review

  • Our team will review your complaint and verify evidence.
  • If approved, we will share return address and instructions.

Step 3 – Send Back the Product

  • You may need to send the product back via approved courier service.
  • In case of our mistake (wrong item, wrong size, clear defect), we usually bear or adjust the courier cost as per our decision.
  • In other accepted cases, customer may need to pay one‑way or two‑way courier charges.

Step 4 – Replacement / Refund
After we receive and inspect the product:

  • If approved for exchange – we will send replacement product (same item or similar value product if stock not available).
  • If approved for refund – we will process refund as described below.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund is usually given via bKash or Nagad to the customer’s personal account.
  • Refund amount will be:
    • Product price, and
    • Delivery/return charge as applicable under the specific case (we will clarify during approval).
  • Processing time: normally 3–7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

Cash refunds at door (by courier) are not provided.


7. Order Cancellation

7.1 Before Shipping

  • You may request cancellation by contacting us quickly on WhatsApp: 01308‑017160.
  • If the order is not yet shipped, we can cancel it.
  • For prepaid orders, we will refund the amount (3–7 working days) minus any non‑recoverable transaction charges, if applicable.

7.2 After Shipping

  • Once the order is handed over to courier, it normally cannot be cancelled.
  • If you refuse to accept the parcel without valid reason, we may:
    • Block COD service for your future orders, or
    • Require advance payment next time.

8. Color, Print & Minor Variations

  • Slight shade difference between product photo and real product may occur due to:
    • Mobile/monitor display
    • Lighting conditions
    • Different production batches

Such minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.


9. Fabric Care & Color Guarantee

Some items (e.g., Jamjam Swiss Lawn Three‑Piece) are sold with color guarantee based on proper care:

  • Wash gently with mild detergent
  • Prefer cold water
  • Avoid long direct sunlight drying for first few washes

Damage or color fading due to improper wash, bleach, or rough handling after use is not covered under return/refund.
