1. What is FashionsAce?
FashionsAce is an online clothing store based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We sell Men’s Panjabi, Ladies Three‑Piece, Kurtis, Kids items, Lungi, Jeans, Sarees, Abaya & Gown, Nightwear, Accessories & Hijab and more – all over Bangladesh through home delivery.
2. How can I place an order?
You can order in three ways:
- Visit our website: https://fashionsace.com/ and place an order directly from the product page.
- Call or WhatsApp us at 01308‑017160 (WhatsApp) with product name, color, size (if any) and your address.
- Send us a message on WhatsApp with a screenshot or product link, along with your full details.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes.
We offer Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. You pay after receiving the product from the courier service.
4. What are the delivery charges?
- Inside Dhaka City: 80 BDT
- Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT
Delivery charge is paid by the customer along with the product price.
5. How long will delivery take?
- Inside Dhaka City: usually 1–3 working days after order confirmation
- Outside Dhaka: usually 2–5 working days after order confirmation
(Delivery time may vary slightly due to courier workload, weather or special occasions.)
6. Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?
Currently, we only deliver within Bangladesh.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)

For advance payment, please send the amount to the above number and then share:
- Transaction ID
- Your name
- Mobile number
- Full address

8. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After you place an order:
- You will receive a confirmation call or message from our team.
- For prepaid orders, once we verify your payment and details, your order is marked as Confirmed and sent to processing.
If we cannot reach you by phone/WhatsApp, your order may be delayed or cancelled.
9. Are the colors and designs exactly like the pictures?
We try our best to upload clear, real product photos.
However, slight differences in color may occur due to:
- Mobile/monitor display settings
- Studio or room lighting
- Different production batches
Fabric quality and design pattern remain as described (for example: 100% Jamjam Swiss Lawn, 100% color guarantee, etc.).
10. Do you offer size options?
- Many of our Three‑Piece suits come as Free Size unstitched or semi‑stitched, which can be tailored according to your measurement.
- For ready‑made items (Panjabi, Kurtis, Kids wear, etc.), available sizes are mentioned on the product page.
If you are unsure about size, contact us on WhatsApp for guidance.
11. Can I return or exchange a product?
We generally accept returns/exchanges only if:
- You receive a wrong item (wrong product / wrong color / wrong size sent by us), or
- The product is severely damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Conditions:
- You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel (with clear photos/video).
- Product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- In some cases, two‑way courier charges may apply for exchange.
Color variation due to screen difference or simple change of mind is usually not accepted as a reason for return.

12. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please:
- Take clear photos and/or an unboxing video immediately after receiving the parcel.
- Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp: 01308‑017160.
- Share your order ID, phone number and issue details.
We will verify and arrange a suitable solution (replacement/adjustment) as per our policy.
13. Do you provide color guarantee?
For specific products like our Jamjam Swiss Lawn Three‑Piece, we mention 100% color guarantee in the description.
To maintain fabric and color:
- Wash gently in cold water
- Avoid harsh detergents and direct strong sunlight for long time
- Prefer hand wash for the first few washes
