- All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock after you order, we may:

- Cancel the item and, if applicable, refund any advance payment.
Promotional offers, discounts and coupons may be subject to separate conditions and limited time periods.
5. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you agree that:
- All information you provide (name, number, address, etc.) is accurate and complete.
- You are responsible for any wrong address/phone number that may cause delay or failed delivery.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject it at our discretion (for example, in case of out‑of‑stock, incorrect price, suspicious activity, etc.).
An order is considered confirmed after we verify details via call/message and, for prepaid orders, after payment verification.
6. Delivery & Shipping
- We deliver all over Bangladesh through third‑party courier services.
- Standard delivery charges (subject to change):
- Inside Dhaka City: 80 BDT
- Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT
Estimated delivery time:
- Inside Dhaka: usually 1–3 working days after confirmation
- Outside Dhaka: usually 2–5 working days after confirmation
Delivery time may vary due to courier workload, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed over to the courier with your name and address.
7. Payment Terms
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)

When paying:
- Do not share your PIN, OTP or full bank details with anyone, including us.
- Always double‑check our official payment numbers from the website or WhatsApp: 01308‑017160.
- For prepaid orders, you must send:
- Transaction ID
- Amount
- Name, phone number, full address
- Product details
We reserve the right to require partial or full advance payment for certain orders (e.g., high value, remote locations, users with previous refused COD, etc.).
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- For COD orders, you must receive the parcel and pay the exact amount to the delivery person.
- Repeated refusal of parcels without valid reasons may result in:
- Blocking of COD service for you, or
- Requirement of full advance payment for future orders.
We reserve the right to cancel COD service for any user we consider risky or fraudulent.
9. Order Cancellation
9.1 By Customer
- You may request cancellation before shipment by contacting us quickly at WhatsApp/phone.
- If your order has already been handed to the courier, it cannot usually be cancelled.
For prepaid orders:
- If cancelled before shipping, we will process a refund (minus any non‑recoverable payment gateway charges, if applicable) within a reasonable time.
9.2 By FashionsAce
We may cancel an order (fully or partially) if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued
- There is an error in pricing or description
- We suspect misuse, fraud or fake orders
- Delivery is not possible to your address
In such cases, if you have already paid, we will refund the relevant amount.
10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms.
Key points (summary):
- Returns/exchanges are allowed only for:
- Wrong product sent
- Wrong size/color sent by us
- Major damage/defect at delivery time
- You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, with photos or unboxing video.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched (if applicable) and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Minor color or shade variation is not a valid reason for return.
- Courier/return charges will be handled as described in the Return & Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including logo, text, images, graphics, designs and product photos, is the property of FashionsAce or used with permission.

- Minor differences between product photo and actual product
- Any unauthorized use of your accounts or payment information beyond our control
Our total liability, if any, for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.
